WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.


CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact us immediately and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 30 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.


CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size. If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be credited to your account. We do not credit for delivery costs incurred during your purchase.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR I'VE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE?

If you believe the product you received is faulty or if you've received an incorrect item/size, please contact help@amblerssafety.eu before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
